We strive to provide high-quality digital services and complete customer satisfaction. Because our services involve custom development and digital deliverables, refunds and returns are subject to the following conditions.

Payments made for domain registration, web hosting, SSL certificates, software licenses, third-party subscriptions, premium themes, plugins, and other third-party products are generally non-refundable once the purchase has been completed.

For website design and development services, refunds may be considered only if work has not yet started. Once project planning, design, development, or customization has begun, payments already made become non-refundable due to the time and resources invested.

Clients may request revisions according to the agreed project scope. Requests beyond the original scope may require additional charges. Delays caused by the client, including delayed approvals or missing content, do not qualify for refunds.

If a service cannot be delivered due to reasons solely attributable to our company, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion after evaluating the circumstances. Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period.

As our products and services are digital in nature, physical returns are not applicable. Any downloadable files, completed websites, source code, graphics, or digital assets delivered to the client cannot be returned after delivery.
