Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the intellectual property rights of the completed project will be transferred to the client only after full payment has been received. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client specifically requests confidentiality.

Clients agree not to use our services for illegal activities, spam, phishing, malware distribution, copyright infringement, or any activity that violates applicable laws.

We strive to provide uninterrupted services but do not guarantee that our website, servers, or third-party services will always remain error-free or continuously available.
